Occasionally a job can be filled by spending as little as $50 for a Job Post, but often it requires a more aggressive effort. ResumesChicago.com offers several levels of recruiting service, and our pricing & guarantee reflects our goal of helping an employer save time and lower costs while hiring the best employee.

Full Cost Discount

When adding additional services we discount the price of that service by the amount already spent. For example, if an employer chooses to access our resume database after posting a job, we discount the cost of the job post from cost of resume database($100-$50 = $50). When an employer decides a Chicago Resume Search effort is necessary, we discount the price by amount already spent on Job Posts and/or the 10K Network Resume Database. If an employer hires a candidate found via our Risk Free Search, then we discount the fee by amount already spent on lower cost services. This process allows an employer to attempt to staff the position for the lowest cost, while saving when a more aggressive recruiting effort is necessary.

Chicago Resume Search

When you order Chicago Resume Search you will receive at least 20 of the most current and qualified candidates available on our Resume Partners, within 5 days of filling out our Job Post Form.

We promise that each Candidate and Resume:
1 - Will be qualified based on the employer's experience and education requirements.
2 - Will be open to the position’s salary range
3 - Will be open to the employer's location without any relocation required.
4 - Will be legally authorized to work in the United States.

In the event ResumesChicago.com is unable to find a reasonable amount of candidates who match the above criteria, we will either refund 50 percent of the service fee, or issue a credit for one additional search.

We encourage the employer to reject any candidate it believes is not a match with above criteria. Please Contact US ASAP if any candidate is not a match with the position and/or requirements.
